Measure a sample of output from each device and compare. The measured sample can be a colorbar, like the ISO 12647-7 bar, or a whole profiling target, like an IT8.
There are several tools available that will perform the comparison. Or, it's easy enough to set up the comparison in Excel using the formula for ∆E(ab). Other ∆E variants require more complex math, but it can be done.
