I'm curious to understand what people in the industry consider a Copier vs a Production Printer vs a Digital Press.
Quite often we hear people mention that such machine is a copier, not a digital press. Or how some people refer to one model as a copier while others refer to it as a production printer.
What makes a machine a "Digital Press", or a "Production Printer" or a "Copier"?
What are the differences:
- Technically?
- Engineering?
- Features?
- Price?
- Size?
- Other?
