Oce is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for our Boca Raton FL office. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing financial analysis to increase sales and overall profits by offering creative pricing packages tailored to a specific customer's buying requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and discuss financial requirements and strategies with Sales and assisting in the presentation/discussion with external customers.
- Creating alternative strategies as required that encompass lease, purchase, and maintenance and supply pricing.
- Present sales training materials on leasing/pricing programs, marketing promotions and successful leasing and pricing strategies.
- Consult with sales management on pricing issues and proposals.
- Work with sales/customers to secure financial documents needed to complete a credit review and aid in the facilitation of the overall order process as it relates to the financial portion of transactions.
- Apply analytical skills to provide appropriate financial solutions and alternative strategies as required.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience in finance and/or leasing, preferably in the equipment industry.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in finance and/or leasing, preferably in the equipment industry.
- Excellent PC Skills required including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Microsoft Office Specialist certification preferred.
- Understanding of leasing and accounting issues and the legal implications of the leasing contracts. Must have FASB 13 knowledge.
- Sales/marketing background preferred.
- Effective presentation, communication, customer service and time management skills.
- Good understanding of deal structuring leases or purchase typical transaction size $500,000 to $5,000,000.
- Excellent writing, speaking and listening skills.
- Working Knowledge of HP-12-C or HP-17B financial calculator.
- Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to meet deadlines and close deals in a timely manner.
- Some business travel.
