Inside Customer Service/Sales Representative

King Printing Solutions in New Tazewell, TN is searching for an experienced sales professional to develop business in business forms, pressure seal documents, 50” high color rolls, and other high value products. We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills that can build good standing relationships with our customers and distributors along with being able to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment.



Full Job Description:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Build strong relationships with our current customers and prospects by communicating via e-mail and phone regarding product information, quoting/pricing, and order status
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • E-mail, phone, and personal communications to reach out to our clients and verify that account information is up to date
  • Learn office processes and procedures including quoting and entering orders
  • Build strong relationships with current and new customers by providing unparalleled customer service and product knowledge
Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)

Qualifications:
  • High School or Equivalent (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Valid Driver’s License
