Hi Friends,
Hope you can help me on this problem on our Topsetter P74/Screen4300s. Status: no errors, lasers are in good condition.
Kindly see attachment pics. Thank you very much in advance..

Not sure I understand the problem?
Can you elaborate?
Is it that the lines at top edge flush straight but lines at bottom don't line up, some short, some long?

Yes sir that is right, lead clamp side edge is straight, but the trail clamp side edge dont line up,some short ,some long..so the image file from rip is crooked from middle to the trail side side edge..

Looks like synchronization problem- check metal plate of drum encoder(enc1) for loosing(bolts between encoder and plate)... if it’s ok may be encoder/pio board...

Copy sir.. in addition to this problem, i observed and noticed that during the 0% dot test burning, the lasers turns off every 4seconds of burning/recording..but when i do this 0% test to other screen ctp, it's always on and doesn't turns off every 4seconds..
