CrossMedia - XMPie or DirectSmile or Another Choice?

I am evaluating options for a VDP and CrossMedia (PURLS, eMail, SMS Text) publishing solution. Later we will need to add an online shop for the Online Variable Data Print Ordering and customization.

Any feedback or recommendations regarding integrated VDP / Cross-Media / Online Shop solution? XMPie Cross Media or DirectSmile CrossMedia or a combination of other tools.
