Years ago we had a PITA award (Pain In The A**). It's been my experience these clients have no clue they're the focus of our scorn. "Could you take out 1% yellow in the 3/4 tone-the brown is getting a smidge green". Uggh!!
 
Tip: Switch the monthly COM selection process to a dart board. It works wonders in getting rid of that pent-up agression......................
 
When I worked for a small newspaper I used to name the Customer of the Week based on who was rudest on the phone. Had a lot of candidates.
 
Back when I started in this industry as a delivery driver for a photo engraving shop (1981) there was a label printer that had this sign in the back of his shop where customers were not allow to go:

All customers make me happy,
Some by coming,
Some by going
