San Diego based advertising and printing company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude, have the ability to work in a team environment, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills a must. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:


• Answering customer calls and email regarding all aspects of jobs (billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns)
• Assisting Sales Reps with Jobs (estimates, job specs, etc)
• Coordinating and providing estimates to clients
• Order Taking, Sophisticated Order Entry and Tracking Orders through all departments
• Preparing jobs for invoicing
• Working with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service
• Working with management to stay updated on product knowledge and to be informed of any changes in company policies
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive outcome for all issues
• Willing to learn or grow into job preflight duties, (file checking and file preparation)


Qualifications and Skills:


• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill (phone, email, in person)
• Motivated, Team player, Fast Learner
• Speed, attention to detail, accuracy and reliability
• Well organized and able to manage a large volume of work
• Printing and manufacturing experience extremely helpful, but willing to train the right person
• Preflight experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, etc.) extremely helpful, but willing to train the right person
