Data from signa station to meta dimension

Hello

Problem from signa station to meta dimension losing data. Also the RIP is working and working and at 51% stops in many cases. The Ctp suprasetter expose only 3 plates but it should be 4 plates. Should the software be reinstalled?

No, it happen on different jobs but I think the software should be reinstaled

well you could certainly try it. but why not call heidelberg first and have them webex in and see if there is something simple to try first.

Check to see if the interface card or cable are connected and seated in the computer. Sometimes if the interface card comes even slightly out of the slot, you can get mixed output results.
