Dc250 problems.. help !

Hi there guys.. Just started using a Xerox dc250..

I am pretty new to the Xerox machines, I widely used canon printers and was pretty tech savvy with them..

Well I just started having some troubles with the DC250..

error 091-312 and this banding on the prints.

the black stripe..
any help is appreciated !!

this error main Charge Corotron not in impostion so reset the corotron manualy to the start point then make restart yout DC250
