Yes!! And wouldn't you love to be able to bill your late payers for service charges, like the big guys can—credit card companies, banks, utilities—any of those that have a monopoly. I bill them late charges. Seldom get it. Now that I'm distancing myself more from work (retiring) I simply cut off these assholes. I've had people at 90 days act offended when I demand money. Ha-ha; now I have the upper hand. Go find someone else . . .without your files cause you ain't getting them unless you're paid up in full.
