We've gotten quite a few rush jobs that they just have to have before the weekend for some event. We get it done and call them to pick it up. They do...the next Tuesday.

This. Previous owner used to waive the rush fee all the time for ppl and then get super mad when they didn’t pick up. Now, we never waive the rush fee and if they don’t pick it up, not our problem.
