delivery gripper clutch error

Dear friends,
In my Heidelberg QM- DI-pro i I need solution for problem with CP2000 error message : » delivery gripper clutch error ». This problem is appearing 3 or 4 times in single day. Every time that problem appeared, machine stops and we need to go on »service mode« and go to »289 degrees« position again, then restart machine.
Please help with some suggestions

I'm sorry to say but like with most error messages on a Heidelberg it could be the actual clutch or about ten different censors. One of our presses had that same error and it was a build up of offset powder in the delivery. (thats never my luck )

Thanks for your reply, we will check this. But error is on feeder side, we will check sensors

it will probably cost 3 grand but just call heidelberg. they will want to replace the clutch, but I dont think you will want the feeder or delivery declutching at the wrong time. It could be just an air leak, check all your air lines. listen for leaks.

Did you sort out the problem with transfer gripper clutch error on Heidelberg QM 46-4 DI Pro? If so, how did you solve it? I have a similar problem.
