Die issue

I'm new to this company and not that familiar with prinergy 5.1.6.4, preps 5.3.3., window 2000.

They have it set up that die colors won't knock out in the system, but I found that sometimes they do. Anyone know why? The native files are o.p. but when ran thru the system they knock out on plate, I need to go into each file and take out the die?

set up a die color in your master library that you always use that has the attributes so that it always overprints.
