Agfa has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Imaging, Vice President to join our team.
This position may be based out of the following location(s) and surrounding area:

• Responsible for overall strategic direction and tactical execution of the DI-Product Managers Business Segment. Responsible for annual gross margin budget.
• Management of the DI Specialists and Product Managers Team
• Develop business segment revenue and gross profit forecast utilized in the company annualized and five (5) year plan.
• Design and develop sales proposals process, strategies (Executive Briefing, Value Sale, ROI’s) and customer profitability analysis leading to business development and growth.
• Manage the Business Development Program with district sales team (DM, Specialist, Account Managers) leading to account expansion and new accounts gains (Top 10 Program).
• Drive national account program with national account manager group, leading to profitable growth with buying groups and decentralized purchasing companies (RFP’s, RFQ’s, Purchasing Programs).
• Drive newspaper segment with the newspaper group leading to profitable growth with buying groups and/or regional companies.
• Develop and coordinate technical / sales training with the field sales group, customers and customer care, thereby enhancing product / program understanding and business development.
• Manage cross-district technical support program (DI-Product Managers) and key account projects.
• Coordinates the technical / sales approach to customer opportunities (color managed printing, process optimization).
Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Experience
10+ years sales management experience
