The Director-Product Marketing will lead and manage an assigned group of Marketing Managers in the activities, processes, pricing, strategic direction and competitive positioning of their respective products and markets. The goal is to maximize our revenue and profit potential for each product category, create synergy between marketing programs for the various products and develop the management skills of direct reports. Manage team performance to successfully achieve targeted revenue, metrics, deadlines, goals and objectives as designated. Position will be located in Boca Raton, FL.

Additional responsibilities include:
• Achieve targeted revenue and profit goals for the assigned category of products
• Manage new product introductions and the product lifecycle for existing products through application of marketing principles including target market and application definition, competitive analysis, and pricing
• Insure fast and accurate communication with field sales to support their sales activities
• Prepare and track revenue budgets, expense budgets, and vendor costs. Manage the team as a business with a defined P&L
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience in a directly related work environment.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales/marketing including five (5) years in a management capacity and experience specific to marketing in the printing industry.
• Proven success in building relationships with third party vendors and associated partner, as well as, interaction with outside customers.
• Experience as a leader that obtains results through successful interactions with all levels of management, including Sales, within and outside the Production Printing Systems division; domestically and worldwide.
• Acts as a role model with very strong management and leadership skills-able to lead and motivate others
• Ability to build cross-functional consensus
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
• Ability to develop future goals, strategies and tactics
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products.
• Ability to travel (30 – 40%)
