Dolev 400 F516:smart watch error fix

Getting "F516: smart watch" error on a dolev 400. Already tried reseating the CID board. We've replaced CID boards giving us this error before, but maybe there is some other way instead of replacement. Its an old workhorse but aside from the CID, these things can still run.

Any thoughts?

Connect Dolev400 through Diagnostics(25 pin to 9 pin cable) and you will find reset "Smart watch" option.
