doubling in feeder.

Hi What is the reason for doubling and mainly it comes from feeder swing arm especially on some size of paper for example size is 624cm /709cm.
We observe doubling during pull lay function at the time of pull lay sheet corner hit the gripper head.

Sounds like you may need a lighter spring or at least loosen the tention.
