DPM 2340 Interface card

My DPM will not produce a plate and keeps telling me "Interface card failed". I am at a loss and it's crunch time

You can try reseating it but, you may need to call Presstek / Mark&Andy to get the card. My experience was on a 2340 from 2001 but, everything was proprietary. We had a HDD go bad 2004 and we had to buy a pre-loaded one from AB-Dick. The good news is that the machine & rip are still running using that HDD.

is it a regular scsi card? I remember those old machines mostly use adptec scsi card
