DTR 3075 imagesetter

hello every one here
I want to know about the old imagesetter from screen DTR 3075 , its use LED imaging light so i want to know if its can give good imaging result like modern imagesetters? and its can consider as a reliable machine?

Be careful, LED maybe going away soo. It is harder and harder to get
