DTS1045AI calibration problems

Hi my Scanner recently refused to calibrate (err01 calibration err)
Looking to get some guidance, anybody have the spec for the PMT's?
I am an operator not an engineer so need really basic assistance

I got a used 1045 with the same error. A technican of Screen found the fault in a defective power supply (+/- 15V was not present). It is located in the main cpu box and is type Cosel DNH2004. Unfortunely SCREEN and COSEL dont offer these parts anymore. You can find them also in the 1030 scanners. Good luck
