How to identify or differentiate dublicate blankets in offset

WHAT do you mean - dublicate blankets ??? When most of the worlds printers use Compressible Blankets.

For eg how you identify original cow blanket and duplicate(othe brands

You do not give enough information for us to help. What kind of press? What are you trying to print with it? There are many blankets available for each brand of press, a compressible blanket, a hard blanket and two piece blankets. They come in various thicknesses and you may need to pack it to get it to the manufactures specifications.
