Duplo CC-330 Issues

Hello all!

I just picked up a used CC-330. It's in great shape and cuts really well. Overall I'm really pleased with it, but I do have a couple of questions/issues.
1) Does anyone know where I can get templates for this unit? I don't have Fiery, so I need to impose using Illustrator or Affinity.
2) Preprogrammed jobs #5 and 6 don't deliver the expected cuts. It's like the outside border cuts are missing. Any ideas?
3) The conveyor was working fine but stopped this afternoon for no reason. You can hear the motor engaging, but the belt doesn't move. Any ideas?

UPDATE: I don't need the templates. I was able to get everything imposed correctly with PDF Snake. However, I have three jobs that aren't cutting properly. The 5x7 is cutting to 6x7, The 8x10 is cutting to 8x11, and the 5.5x8.5 is cutting to 5.5x11. All of these are preprogrammed jobs that can’t be edited and use two different cassettes. All other jobs with these cassettes work perfectly. Any ideas?
