Hi,
We just bought a Duplo DBM150. after a 2 month of use, we have a jam code after the cutter J072 in every time. the booklet remains blocked after trimming and does not come out of the machine. If i press the jam button long time. the booklet is ejected successfully. This issue is on every booklet.

Any Help please?

Thanks

We had a similar issue a few months ago. There's a silver plate before the trimmer that is designed so pieces can't go up, but the set screw came loose and it ended up blocking all the pieces. In our case it actually fell off and got stuck under the knife. If you look at the photo you can see it's a little banged up.
Here's some photos to help. It's a pain in the butt to access the screws, just as a heads up. Not sure if this is what your issue is, but it's worth checking out.

Thanks you for help but it is jamming just after trimming. I think time allocated to eject booklet need to be extended.

that code is telling you the book is staying over the sensor too long. After trimming if it doesnt leave the sensor quick enough it will call it a jam. Clean belts and see if the transport belts are gripping the book. Is their a untrimmed scrap holding on? Try not trimming just to see if there is a issue there too.

if trimming is deactivated, there is no issue machine work well and booklet is ejected easy.

SO id look at the belts slipping on the book. Use a kitchen scrubby pad on the belts to clean them. Sometimes there is a clear build up on the belts. Usually works.
