I have got a Duplo DF-1000 that I purchased about a year ago from another print company. We've used it a couple of times but I largely avoid using it because it seems to jam every time I try. I am trying to use 170gsm Xerox coated paper with it and it's just not playing. Is there anything settings wise I can try to get it working properly?
It is doing the first fold ok but its once it's done the first fold that it jams.
