We own a Duplo Docucutter 545 with automatic feeder.
We normally run 150gsm stock through it. However, I am sure we have run some 300gsm stock through the machine in the past. I tried a few sheets of 300gsm today, but it keeps coming up with 'J2 feed error' and the cardstock only makes it as far as the first section of the machine.
Just wondering what I'm doing wrong or if there is a way of adjusting the machine to take heavier stock? I’ve heard people put 300gsm through the machine without issue, so not sure what I’m doing wrong.
