We had Duplo system 5000 collator and is showing error" Display screen is not available" now the machine is not working ,any one had same issue? please help me.
Hello. There is a battery installed at the touch screen. When it goes off you need a new one and to reprogram the touch panel using the correct version of the software.
The touch screen backup battery has failed, or the hard drive in the screen has failed. Sometimes the touch screen has to be reprogrammed. We specialize in Duplo collators and bookletmakers.
