Email is getting out of control. With all of the filters, screening and so on it is getting to the point of not being worth the trouble.

If you set type via copy from Outlook, there is the caveat that Outlook tries like heck to make you include the End Paragraph marker (I don't want it!).
There's the hassle of saving images in the message body (learn the attachment feature customer...)
Estimators get tired/overburdend/hurried and just reply a cost in the body rather than a formal attachment...

Oh yeah, it goes on and on, but it works for the most part. Do NOT use your work email for social messaging :D

I make sure we never sign up for anything with the main work account. Once it gets out there, its like the flood gates open and all sorts of constant spam start coming in. So many SEO people looking to help us out and what not. I find Apple mail pretty good at filtering out the junk that does get through. Just wish they had filters on the iPhone mail app as well.

Before you decide it is not worth the trouble, think aobut the days when you sent a cd with fedex, had to wait at least 2 days for a proof approval, and if there was another change... If you are getting jobs from out of state or across the country, say thank you to email and figure out how to setup your folders so you dont see every sale in our entire country"

At least that bought you time to actually do the job! LOL
