Edge detected beyond the begining of the plate Lotem 400

Hi. Working with Lotem 400 .

The first exposition of the plate is correct. In the second exposition this error appear:

"Edge detected beyond the begining of the plate". Some problems with laser appear too.

Reset the machine and again have success with the first one. The second can not be exposed

I cleaned almost everything I think.
Sensors, Strip, Drum, holes.

Please someone could give me some advice about this problem.

I want to share the solution to this problem.

A sensor of the motor carriage, in the right part, was changed .

A DDL card (The laser controller card), the number 0, was changed .

The technical service informed us that the diode 0 is the one responsible for the edge detection.

I hope this solution help whom experiences it .

This a problem is the surface of the plate your need calibration the edge detector in the lotem the lotem not looked the plate surface
