Energy unit

Hello to all,
Please help me distinguish some units of UV CTP plate. As some brands show the imaging energy unit is mJ/cm2, some others is mW. Are they the same? As i know, W= J/s.
And how about the unit mW/cm2? Is it any concerned to this problem?

Cron Laboo have such calculation in software. Just ask somebody to check it (i will be on-site only next week) as everything works...
