Ennis, Inc. has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire the assets of Infoseal, LLC—pressure seal & tax forms. Infoseal—a leader in the production of pressure seal documents—brings added capabilities and expertise to Ennis’ VersaSeal—pressure seal—product line.
Infoseal employees & local management are expected to continue working with no disruption in service. The new Ennis subsidiary will continue operating under the Infoseal name, and in the current Roanoke, VA facility.
