Envelope Printing

If addressing is all you are interested in doing I would find a used Bryce/Rena inkjet on ebay, The Bryce 11k/13k's sometimes will be in the $700 range, if you are not worried about printing an IMB barcode an older one would do you fine as long as you have a parallel port on your setup.

Per your conversation, consider the ENVELOPE FUSING unit on the C1060/C1070. It works on many sizes and the color quality is exceptional.

Contact your local Konica Minolta rep to discuss further.

Why are you printing the addresses separately? Many of these machines will do the whole thing, print the envelope and address, in one fell swoop. Besides, most inkjet will run if the envelope gets wet. You might do better investing in an Oki and do the whole thing at once, and maybe you can sell one of your other machines. Okis do more than just envelopes also.
