Curious about the speed of the 9900, how long would it take to image a proof 28x40? Let's say at 1440dpi?

Don't know at 1440, but at 720 it's just a few minutes. The device is fast.

We have an Epson 9900 with a Black Magic Rip that outputs at 6 minutes per proof at 720 x 720. We recently upgraded from a 9600 which output at 15 mins per proof. We have been extremely pleased with quality and repeatability.

do you know if you can duplex a proof with the 9900. we are looking to buy in the new few weeks. some say u technically can but its a huge pain and not worth the agervation to do so.
