All was going fine a couple of weeks but suddenly, I get very poor quality specialy with the text.
the fonts looks like i'm printing with a 72 dpi file.
We can see the stairs with the naked eye.
The tech has been here for 2 days, change the head and made calibration and all kinds of reset but no change.
Fine it's under warrante but I still need to print 1 day.
Anyone with a answer out there ?
