Error E418C on topsetter

Hi , I have this problem on my topsetter, I try to clean holes on cylinder, to reset machine but without success. I check the cables between vacum and machine. Machine works for exp, 3 plates and then this error appears.
Any one have any idea.

Hi,
Check the cables and the power supply of the blower. If they are ok, check the inverter in there. Rarely, it is down.

Ansoft thank you for your reply, I already check the cables, its strange thing, for exmp. it works fine 5-6
plates and there is no rule, when it will stop to image.In any case , thank you.

again- check the blue inverter in the blower. I had a similar issue.
