Error when re-installing Apogeex. SQL ODBC connection failure.. HELP PLEASE!!

Hello,

our system crashed and now I have to reinstall my apogee x 2.5, I go through the installation wizard without any issues but then at the last stage it try to connect to appogee system and i get an error failue to connect to SQL ODBC error, can someone please let me know how I can fix this, I would really appreciate it.

Sorry to say but Apogee is not, as you have discovered, for customer install. This is very true when working with versions as old as yours. My best recommendation is to call your local Agfa service and arrange for a installation. You might want to consider taking this opportunity to upgrade to the latest version, Apogee Prepress 7.1. The amount of enhancements are too numerous to list here. But you can check out AcademyExtras.com and APOGEEnetwork to get a feeling for what you have been missing.
