At my location our AE Pilot viewer is suddenly opening in a small window and all the tools have reset themselves. This happens every time you close viewer and open a job. This is affecting the entire team. Is there a way to fix this?
Try this.
1. Stop the AE Server.
2. Delete the "hypersonic" folder located on the AE Server, Esko directory. Example: C:\Esko\bg_prog_fastserver_vXXX\jboss\server\default\data
3. Start the Automation Engine Server
