The starting point of printing is not stable…….usually it starts 55 Cm ahead although it cuts the film accurately (for example, 70-100 exactly when asked to do so) ……sometimes the unpleasant shifting becomes the opposite in which it starts printing after leaving 8 cm blank ……Thanks

After trying a huge number in the " measured offest " input the starting point of printing became good and a complete file of 106 * 70 was successfully printed. However, the instability is still a problem in which three or four films are ruined in every 10 ones printed. There is not certain constant pattern for the mistaken films; for example, It was once recorded as follows: 2 films shifted "55" cms , three ones good, one shifted, four ones good, two ones shifted.

Hi Mr. Stephen .....thanks for commenting.....the machine was made in 1999 .....I hope you send me on email if you have any idea...or even arrange a field visit if your work includes the support for such machines...thanks

Purup-Eskofot is now Esko. (After mergers and renames over the years).
You could try Esko Help Center to contact Esko support and inquire, but I can't tell if they would have information for you. Good luck though.

PS - Try posting your question on the Esko forum of this site. Esko it may draw attention from someone familiar with this equipment.
