Excessive Roller wear on Komori LS1040

Hi,

I have a problem with my Komori LS1040 we have had it for around 2 years now and it is experiencing quite bad roller wear on the ends of the rollers after around 3 months.
It seems to be only the rollers on the outside of the train. We have 2 older Komoris using the same rollers with no problem at all. I have checked the settings thoroughly and they are fine (a little lighter than standard settings).
We are using Allstar Fount (alcohol free)
Toyo Hy-Unity inks.
Varn V60 for blanket, impression and roller wash.
And chilled rollers set at 21 Degrees Celsius.
We have a good roller maintenance program all to no avail any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

not very familiar with that press at all but,
do you replace bearings every time you replace rollers?
does that press have the ability to run oscillating ink forms? if so, does it stay on all the time?

Yes we replace bearings everytime a roller is changed, We have tried 3 different brands of rollers with the same results. The press does have oscillating form rollers which were on all the time (only recently found this out) they are now always off unless needed for a job then turned off again after the job.
How much damage can the oscillating forms do?

it's ALOT of excess friction and heat. you say you have chilled rollers but that doesn't kill the friction.
