FMR magazine is a high-quality art magazine out of Italy started by the bombastic genius of Franco Maria Ricci. In his mission statement he actually claims it to be 'The most beautiful magazine in the world.' And if you gave it a look, it would be difficult to argue. Full spread art images with full spread detail shots of the same piece. Simply incredible bordering on indulgent. Photography and sculpture also highlighted. The depth of their sculpture images are absolutely amazing. I've become the creative director of an upcoming arts magazine looking to put Franco's mission statement in the past tense. Just curious if someone out there knows who they print through, what form of printing they use, and if so, are there other superior options that exist.
