We have been having trouble creasing with our folder for some time. We can't seem to get the printed pieces to go down the register board straight, which causes our creases to vary. We have tried grounding the machine directly to a water line and it has a static eliminator in the air blast line, though it hasn't been replaced in ten years, so it may not be doing much.
The folder is an MBO and the brochures are 8.5 x 11 tri-folded on 100# Satin Text. The problem happens year round.
Any suggestions?
