Fujipla ALM 3220 driver?

I currently have the ALM 3220, and I'm wanting to utilize the "long mode" function. The user manual states that any machine serial numbered between 181 to 804 needs the board to be updated to Ver "3.1".

Unfortunately, my machine's serial number is 665 and my board is currently running the Version "3.0" and I really, really, really..... need this function to laminate some 25" stock.

Long story short - Does anybody have the driver Version "3.1" for this laminator? (I've tried contacting the manufacturer in Japan and the DryLam Tech line - but no luck just yet.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.... TIA

That's not a driver, it's a software update. It sounds like support has to flash it manually, so it's not a user update. Maybe another vendor that sells it can provide support, like Martin Yale?
That is correct, it has to be flashed. Tried Martin Yale, but as this machine is obsolete, the vendors no longer provide any continued support.

Just hoping for a bit of luck and that maybe someone has a backup stored away in their arsenal.
