Gradient % swap

I have a file with lot of gradients, need to change some percentage of the gradients (like all 2% need to change into 5%).. Is there is any option in Packedge or Deskpack to do this Automatically or any other high end software which does automatically...

In PE you can do this with Print Rule Checker.
Go the the PRC menu and set up your rules.
