i have been using Sam inks on my old HP5500 for about 18 months (dye base) without any problems, changed over my Mimaki JV33 across to Sam Inks about six months ago, once again have found them to be consistent with a good colour gamut. talk to Mike Mcpeak at Colour Mill he is really helpful.

I've used their ink in my wide format printers, it's always been very good.

Please how do I move over to SAM INK cartridges for my HP 5500 UV? Do I need a decoder? How do I install it?

i have used sam ink in my roland sp 540v and within 6 months it deflected all my nozzles which lead to poor print quality when i asked about the warranty they simply said they had tested the ink and it was printing fine, i would not recommend them at all.
