Heidelberg Prinect Metadimension Printmanager

Dear friends,

I have a problem with the Prinect Metadimension Printmanager, when started it just goes OFF after 1 or 2 seconds, the printmanager interface doesn't show on the screen.

NOTE: Printec Metadimension Service controle, CTP User interface & Suprasetter A75 all workin OK.

Software: Metadimension 7.5
OS: Windows XP SP3

Can someone get suggestions on how to solve this problem?

Hi Nadika,

there might be a problem with the installed JRE (Java-VM). Try to exchange the jre folder under (..\Heidelberg\MetaDimension\jre) with another jre path or let the start-PrintManager.bat - file point to an alternative jre on your host!

Please, can somebody help me out? I want to know the difference between Heidelberg Quickmaster 46-1 and Heidelberg gto 46-1, and which one is the best to buy?
