Heidelberg QM 46-4 DI Pro Transfer Gripper Clutch Malfunction Error

I just had a Heidelberg QM 46-4 DI Pro press installed recently. The press had been dormant for about two year prior to the installation. However, during the test run, after the press had finished imaging all the plates, We got a "Transfer gripper clutch malfunction error". This error is repeatedly coming up even after rebooting the press. The transfer gripper clutch seems to be okay on the press side. Someone suspect the console computer software may be corrupted. Any one who can help? I am willing to pay for the assistance. If indeed the console computer software is corrupted, anyone who can assist with the software. I am willing to pay for the software too.
