Online Print Solutions is a leading software innovator in the areas of web-to-print, dynamic publishing and cross-media marketing solutions. Founded in 2002, OPS has grown to boast clients world-wide with offices in Australia, USA and Ireland.

Based out of our Boston office, we are looking for an enthusiastic team player in a Customer Support/Help Desk role for our leading-edge Product Suite. You will be helping our ever growing client base to get the most out of our software. This role includes supporting and training our customers on our Product Suite and helping our sales team with demo sites.

Required Skills
* Pre Press operator with a good IT background
* Enthusiastic learner
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Dedicated team player
* Understands PDF workflows

Desirable experience
* Worked with Web-to-Print Systems
* Direct work with customers on trouble shooting
* Some form of basic programming e.g. HTML, JavaScript
* Design ability
* Variable data experience
* Worked with Cross Media (PURLs, Email blasts)
