help identifying press

I'm not sure if I'm in the right section but...

Would anyone be able to help me out by identifying the press in this picture? I thought it was a Vandercook but I'm not familiar enough to say for sure.

Hello Rulon,

We need see more various views of this Press, such as the Inking system etc. My first guess is a "Flatbed Offset Proofing Press" such as

German "Mailander Press"

I would say Alois is quite correct but I think it could be a 'little Joe' proofing press
