Help sending 1-bit tifs to screen 8600

I am in the process of trying to set up and send tifs from ApogeeX to a Screen 8600 CTP with a trueflow tif catcher. I have been sending them from a prinergy rip and have copied as many setting as I can from prinergy but I am getting this (these) errors. error in rec cont program / error in read temp file (error code 1313007). Anyone out there that can help? Thanks

hummm. it sounds like the operating system does not want you to access that file. did you make a seperate folder and set permissions a correctly.
