Help with Creo Lotem 400 need SM

Hello everyone,

I have a big problem with vacuum pump CTP Creo lotem 400.
a few days ago when the machine starts automatically included compressor vacuum. who worked constantly. after 5 days of work in a reboot refused to start vacuum compressor

I need emergency service documentation.
